Q: Do you ship Australia-wide?
A: Yes, we offer shipping to all Australian addresses.  Shipping costs are calculated and shown at the check-out stage.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, but if you live in a regional location it may take longer.  Rest assured all orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of purchase.

Q: Are your clocks really silent?
A: Yes! All Room Tide wall clocks feature premium silent sweep movement technology, ensuring no ticking sounds and virtually undetectable noise unless your ear was pressed up against the movement.

Q: What batteries do your clocks use?
A: Our clocks work best with Heavy Duty AA batteries.  Whilst you can use Alkaline batteries, we do not recommend this - we have further info on this if you're interested.

Quality & Warranty
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Q: Are your products covered by warranty?
A: Yes, all Room Tide products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.  You will see on the product insert cards that you have an option to extend that warranty further online.

Q: How do I clean my wall clock?
A: Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or wet cleaning.

Q: How often should I change the batteries?
A: With normal use, batteries typically last 12-18 months.

Q: Is the lap desk pillow washable?
A: The cover is removable and machine washable for easy care.
